Contacting the Winner
・We will be announcing winners on the Bleach: Brave Souls 5th Anniversary Bankai Live!
・Winners will be contacted via Instagram. In order to deliver the prizes, we ask that winners include their name, mailing address, and phone number as specified in the direct message received via Instagram.
・Winners will be asked to respond by the date specified in the direct message. Winners will lose their eligibility to claim the prize if they do not respond by the specified date.
・Prizes will only be sent once. If the prize cannot be sent for reasons attributable to the winner such as providing the wrong name, mailing address, or phone number, the winner will lose their eligibility to claim the prize. KLab will not be held liable in the event the winner cannot receive the prize, unless the incident occurred as an intentional act or negligence by KLab.
・The right to claim the prize cannot be sold, lent, or otherwise transferred to a third party.
・We may be unable to send prizes to certain countries and territories.
・There may be shipping delays due to COVID-19, so items may be subject to significant delays, restrictions on shipping, or disposal.

Additional Terms
・Winners must be following the official Instagram account (@bleachbravesouls_official).
*Winners who are not following the relevant official account during the campaign period will be disqualified.
・Entries where the specified hashtag (#PartywithKon) has been altered in any way will not be counted.
・Winners will be disqualified if their Instagram name changes within the campaign period.
・Winners will be disqualified for lack of response after two weeks, regardless of problems occurring as a result of the winner’s account.
・We will not be answering questions about the campaign through social media direct messaging.
・If you are having problems posting or following the official account, please double-check that you are logged into Instagram.
・We will not be answering inquiries regarding the prize
・This giveaway is not an indication of any affiliation with Instagram.
・ Entered works will be limited to ones that follow the entry theme.
・Entered works must include the Brave Souls logo and Kon or must try to include them within the image without cutting too much of them off.
・Entry of your works will be seen as an implicit agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
・Entered works may be processed or trimmed when displayed on the official site or the livestream.
・ Entries that include characters, items, or background images that are not part of the Bleach franchise will be rejected.
・Anything that may violate public decency, be seen as plagiarized works, be an already announced work, or may violate copyrights or rights of likeness cannot be entered.
– The decision as to whether, when, and where to publish entries and how and where the copyright holder’s name is displayed is the sole preserve of the copyright holder (*1).
– Entrants cannot claim moral rights on KLab Inc. or third parties endorsed by our company.
– KLab Inc. cannot be held responsible for the image rights of subjects of photos. When entering, please have the subject of the photograph (and the legal guardian if the subject is a minor) provide permission. The host of the campaign cannot be held responsible for any feuds that may occur between the entrant and the subject of the photo and/or their party.
– Please avoid excess exposure of skin. Costumes that can be deemed indecent exposure are not allowed.

This information notice is issued to you on behalf of the KLab Group companies, which control and process your personal data in the way described below. 1. We process your Instagram ID in order to hold this event (the “Event”) and choose winners among the applicants.
The processing of this personal data is based on your and our legitimate interests to provide you with the Event (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2. We also process additional personal data provided by winners of the Event to us, such as names, mailing addresses, and phone numbers of winners in order to provide the winners with the prizes.
In the course of obtaining your personal data, we may use third party’s services (e.g. data management services with data entry form, where you enter your personal data and submit to us.
The processing of this personal data is based on winners and our legitimate interests to provide winners with the prizes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2. How long do we keep your personal data
We will only retain your information as long as there is a statutory or legal requirement to do so or in order that we are able to meet the above mentioned purposes. This will usually require us to retain your information for a set period of time after any relationship has ended for accounts and records purposes.

We will store your personal data on our systems located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which comprises the Member States of the EU, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
