Inactive or Disconnected Players

Players will receive a penalty if they are deemed to have not contributed to the completion of the match. Actions that can result in a penalty include being inactive for too long, intentionally closing the app, losing internet connection, or intentionally retiring from the Arena.

If a penalty is imposed, the following actions will be taken on the Arena Top screen:

1. The player will lose the match for which they incurred the penalty.
2. No rewards will be awarded for the match.
3. The player's "Inactive play sessions" count will increase by one.

The inactive play sessions count will reset to zero if a player has no further inactive play sessions for a set period of time.

If the inactive play sessions count reaches five, the following functions will be temporarily suspended:

Affected Functions

  • Enter Arena
  • Send Arena Invites
  • Join another room
  • Enter an Arena room via a chat invite
  • Once a player has received a function suspension, we will not reply to any inquiries regarding the lifting of the suspension or any other queries relating to the suspension.
