Tier Halibel

After the Great Soul King War, Halibel returned to Hueco Mundo along with Nelliel and her friends. With Aizen gone, she became the ruler of Hueco Mundo, but when a child with Spiritual Pressure different from either Soul Reapers or Hollows attacks, she makes her way to the Soul Society.
