Hikone Ubuginu

A child who operates behind the scenes with Tokinada Tsunayashiro, head of the Tsunayashiro Great Noble Clan, after the events of the Great Soul King War. He follows Tokinada's orders implicitly and tells the Soul Reapers, Arrancars, and Quincies he meets that he fights in order to "become king."
